East Central--General Info / Re: Question on Baits \"SebagoLow\"

I rig my baits on the water, so I don\'t have rigged baits that don\'t get used. If the ballyhoo has been pulled and hit I save it for chunks. On the other hand if it does not, then I either use it for chunks that day and if still unused \"very unfortunate\" Itoss it, hoos that have been pulled usually do not last very well for re-freeze.

The reason some do not re-freeze baits is that once thawed, the brine on the bait is weaker. The bait will wash out much easier. I used to use ziploc bags to refreeze my baits in saltwater which worked just fine and I did not notice that much difference in the baits life until about the third thawing \"for the few baits that get that far\". I recently purchased my dad one of the airtight machines and it works awesome.

RC that is a great post becuase it is DEAD ON. Yet I must say that it would be in the U.S. best interest to end the on land ruling, because there are many who wait to get to the U.S. through the legal means. I\'m sorry this post is a little off topic but just wanted to get that in there.

uh oh, and I have a trip witht them in two weeks. better not happen when I\'m there.

way to start off the year.I have to ask, did the wahoo get a hold on the combing pad?

No, not politically incorect at all. The officers try as hard as they can to keep the undesirables out of there and thank you for the good words. I can\'t speak for that long of a period but I can speak of the new renovations. The city did just had the ramps repaved and sandbags dropped at the end so the sand under the concrete could not be washed out \"we\'ll see if it works\". They also just added metal cleats to the docks which are mounted through the wood and backed by THICK steel. If you forget to take off your ropes and try to haul out you may lose a cleat. The city wanted to add parking but I dont know how far they are with that idea.

My father works for WPBPD but is on day shift. If this is the triple axle trailer you are talking about, the truck was stolen during the night. They do all they can to monitor the park but get complaints from some local residents about doing so. These complaints say the department is not doing their job by monitoring the park. If you do go out at night, you can give the department a  call and ask them to monitor the park and give them vehicle information. \"sorry dad is out and I don\'t have the number on  hand\"There is also a single axle trailer there but this was dumped and left.

Never did know the name of those, caught them all the time in the canal behind home. They seemed to like burrowing in the water under the grass but definitely did not keep the canal algea free.
