Abaco Beach Resort Wahoo Tournament
« on: April 06, 2009, 12:26:43 AM »
The Abaco Beach Resort, in Marsh Harbour, Bahamas is proud to announce the dates for their first inaugural Wahoo Tournament from February 5, 2009, through February 8th.  This is a strong family oriented event at the absolute height of the Wahoo Season here in the Abacos.  Entry fees are very reasonable, with special consideration on dockage.  The Wahoo bite has been very good lately, with fish averaging 40 pounds.  There is so much to do at the Abaco Beach Resort with the entire family that you will not want to miss this high class event.  Feel free to e-mail either of the two event coordinators, or contact the Abaco Beach Resort directly for more information.            Event Coordinators:  Captain Kevin M. Deiter  Kevin@reelcandyfishing.com  http://www.reelcandyfishing.com  Captain Marvin K. Steiding  Marvin@reelcandyfishing.com  http://www.reelcandyfishing.com[IMG][/IMG][IMG][/IMG]

Thanks  !!

It looks like we have 6 teams right now.  The weather forecast will obviously determine how many teams get in on this tournament, but I\'m keeping my fingers crossed.  Based on 10 boats \"hypothetical #\", were looking at least $10,000 payout.  This is in addition to the ladies and junior anglers categories.  We also have numerous great prizes in addition to Cash.  We are fully expecting to have a bunch of boats sign up in the days just before, pending a decent wetaher forecast.
